The person behind the lens
Hi, I’m Roisin.
(Pronounced Ro-sheen)
I grew up on the edge of the Swan Valley – the same place Solas Studio now calls home. As the Australian-born daughter of two Irish parents, I inherited a love of Irish culture, a slightly unreasonable devotion to dogs, and on one Christmas morning, a second-hand film SLR camera they’d quietly saved up for.
I’ve been chasing beautiful light and heart-stirring images ever since.
Today, Solas Studio brings those two loves together – creating timeless portraits that celebrate the extraordinary soul behind every wagging tail.
